We are looking for experienced, warm and dedicated psychologists to join our team.
Our Practice Director
Our Practice Director, Dr Rachel Avery, is a Clinical Psychologist. Rachel works clinically in the team and is responsive and passionate in creating a friendly and engaging practice where psychologists feel supported and valued.
Support Team
We have a caring and knowledgeable administration team and Practice Manager who look after both our clients and psychologists, leaving our psychologists to focus their time and energy on clients.
Our Clients
We work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Our clients come with a range of presenting issues, so we are lucky to be able to offer varied and rewarding clinical caseloads.
Our Practice and Rooms
We provide beautifully appointed, professional consulting rooms. We have a dedicated staff room complete with the essentials including a coffee machine! We want to provide a space for our team and clients that feels warm and welcoming.
Referrals
We have strong links with GPs, psychiatrists, allied health practitioners and other psychologists. A significant number of clients find us through word of mouth from current clients and through our website.
Team Support
We understand that private practice can be isolating, so in addition to support from our Director and Support Team, we offer monthly-facilitated discussion groups. Fortnightly supervision is also provided to those going through the endorsement pathway or those who want further support. We also provide a comprehensive induction process for new team members.
We are looking for psychologists who have:
- Experience and confidence working independently with a wide range of presenting issues
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- A desire to be an active part of our warm and dedicated team
- Current endorsement as a fully registered psychologist with AHPRA
- Eligibility for registration with Medicare.
- A desire to join a practice on a medium to long term basis
